Overview

Closing the partner account

Zino does not have user accounts. There is nothing to delete on Zino itself — no profile, no saved preferences, no subscription, no purchase history.

If you have an account on the partner site

The PLAY NOW button opens a separate first-party destination. That destination has its own account system, its own data retention, and its own account-deletion flow. To close that account:

  1. Open the destination site through the PLAY NOW button.
  2. Sign in with the credentials you registered.
  3. Use the destination's own account settings to close or delete the account.
  4. If the destination doesn't expose a delete option, contact the destination's customer-care channel.

What Zino does not hold

  • Account credentials for the partner site
  • Identity verification documents
  • Payment or banking details
  • Marketing consent records
  • Browsing history beyond a single first-party session cookie for menu state

Why Zino can't close partner accounts

Closing an account is the destination's job. Zino doesn't have access to partner-side credentials, KYC documents, or account records — and we wouldn't, even if we could. Editorial independence depends on it.

If you can't reach the partner

If the partner site is down, or won't respond to your account-deletion request, the standard regulatory route applies: contact the destination's licensing authority, or escalate through your payment provider's dispute process. Zino cannot do this on your behalf.

What we recommend you keep

Before closing the partner account, screenshot any transaction history, KYC confirmation, and customer-care correspondence. If you ever need to dispute a charge or prove an account closure, those records are the cleanest evidence. Keep them in a personal archive; do not rely on the partner site to retain them after closure.

What we don't recommend

Don't send a deletion request without first withdrawing any balance on the partner site. Don't share credentials with anyone offering to "help" close the account on your behalf — including anyone claiming to be Zino support. The Zino desk never asks for partner-side credentials.

Returning later

If you close the partner account and later want to come back, the destination will treat you as a new sign-up. Welcome offers and bonus codes from your first account do not carry over; the destination's new-account terms apply. Zino's editorial coverage is independent of any partner-side welcome offer, and the desk publishes regardless of your partner-side status.

We cover brackets and team form because the season is worth following — not because there's a bet to place. If you choose to use the PLAY NOW route, set a budget, set a timer, and stop when either runs out.
